As Chief Program Strategy Officer, Rebecca manages program operations and strategic program growth focused on Community Homes, Life Enrichment, Career Academy, and Clinical Services. Rebecca believes that program excellence stems from a strong culture and exceptional quality.
Before joining Aspire, Rebecca amassed over 25 years of mission-driven career experience working for service providers and managed care organizations. Her roles, ranging from direct support through senior leadership, have provided the background and insight making her the dynamic leader she is today. Rebecca brings to Aspire, a successful track record of leading organizations to exemplary performance on key indicators and a personal passion for advocacy and continuous, strategic improvements of community services.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs. She and her husband travel as much as possible, but stay busy applauding their college-aged children’s athletic and creative endeavors.
What’s your biggest challenge – or opportunity? My greatest challenge and opportunity is my personal drive to always improve. I always strive to do better today than I did yesterday.
What’s something people may not know about you? I love fine arts, history, and learning/doing new things. When I have free time, I can usually be found at an art museum, on some type of walking history tour, or on a new adventure.
