Job Training

So people of every ability can make a living.

We believe everyone has the ability to make a difference in a boundlessly inclusive world. Job training at our in-person academies and out in the community helps people with disabilities do just that.

Community day programs at our in-person academies are a great way for adults with disabilities like autism, cerebral palsy, or Down syndrome to build career skills. Our job training focuses on hands-on and soft work skills, career interests, fitness, and strength.

Located in Chicago’s northern and western suburbs, we have multiple locations where we can work with you to tailor the learning to your goals. We also offer regular and fast-track learning options.
