Big City Night 2020: “Come Together”

Thank you for coming together with us and joining our movement of inclusion!

(February 8, 2020) – Aspire hosted our 22nd annual Big City Night fundraising gala on February 8th at the Radisson Blu Aqua hotel in downtown Chicago. Thanks to a Little Help From Our Friends (the support of a record-breaking 513 attendees!), presenting sponsor Walgreens, and numerous other sponsors and friends of Aspire, we raised over $307,000 to further Aspire’s mission and create more inclusive communities.

Guests celebrated our “Come Together” theme in honor of The Beatles, our recent alliance with NorthPointe Resources, and our spirit of inclusion!

One of the most moving moments of the evening was when new Aspire CoffeeWorks team member Marcus May told the crowd what his job meant to him. We also celebrated James Cansler, a Renaissance man who raps, writes, and paints in Aspire’s new Art360 program!

We then closed out the night with an awesome after party, dancing to the tunes of American English, the best Beatles band in the country!
