Aspire is a little different because we’re a non-profit that runs like a business. We raise money to deliver disability services. Sell products to turn up disability acceptance. Empower people to practice inclusion for all.
We know where our funding comes from is incredibly important to you and to how we continue moving our mission forward. It takes a mix of gifts and social enterprise ventures to generate the revenue that keeps our operation firing on all cylinders.

Adults with disabilities on the Aspire CoffeeWorks team work side by side with employees at Metropolis Coffee Company to roast, package, and deliver craft coffee nationwide, with 100% of proceeds going to support Aspire’s mission of inclusion.
Curating Colorful Opportunities
The commission that Aspire takes for the sale of artwork by artists with disabilities on the Aspire Art360 team goes towards Aspire’s mission of inclusion.
Building Inclusive Mindsets
Aspire charges competitive rates for DEI consulting and training to companies and agencies nationwide.
