Once you complete the training, an 8-week paid internship is guaranteed!
10 Week Job Training Program:
3 Onsite Days a Week
Part of the day will be spent on simulated work/physical stamina, and the other part will be spent on building soft skills in a classroom setting.
1 Offsite Day a Week
Gaining job experience by doing job shadowing, going through safety seminars, and networking opportunities at real warehouse distribution centers.
There is absolutely no cost to you!
All fees are waived for trainees, through the federal grant that funds this program.

60 Job Placements Each Year
On average, Aspire helps place around 60 people with disabilities in jobs with its employment partners each year.

For this program, we have secured 6 employment partners who are committed to taking on both interns as well as employees with disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Developing and strengthening skills like communication and resume writing.
Gaining hands-on work experience and knowledge in our simulated warehouse environment.
After successfully completing the program, trainees will enter a guaranteed 8-week paid internship.
Increasing physical fitness and movement to build stamina for job related tasks.
