Aspire Named One of ‘Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’ for Second Year in a Row

Aspire, a nonprofit leader in providing bold, pioneering and uncompromising services to kids and adults with developmental disabilities, their families and the Chicagoland community, is excited to announce that it has been named one of “Chicago’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in 2016®” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the second year in a row that Aspire has received this award on a local level, and, in 2015 Aspire received recognition as one of the “Nation’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For.”

The award honors the efforts of companies to build a better business, recognize team members and grow stronger communities.

With over 20 years of experience conducting Best and Brightest Company competitions, the National Association for Business Resources have identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards. To determine which companies received this year’s award, an independent research firm evaluated each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories, including compensation and benefits, engagement and retention, employee education and development and communication.
