FOX 32 Chicago recently visited Aspire’s Employment Training Program in Hillside to highlight how hands-on training is helping adults with disabilities build lasting careers.
The story features Ella, an Aspire graduate who now works full-time at Parts Town. Through her career, Ella has gained financial independence, secured health insurance and purchased her own condo.
Aspire’s Employment Training Program combines job-readiness instruction, hands-on training in a simulated workplace and a paid internship with a corporate partner. This approach prepares participants for careers in high-demand industries while helping employers connect with trained and dependable talent.
