Scott has been part of the MOD family for over a year and a half, and he’s loving every second of it. From greeting guests to expertly folding pizza boxes, Scott has found his footing in a workplace that values his enthusiasm and dedication.

On any given day, you’ll find him preparing pizza boxes, wrapping and packaging cakes, and helping to set up the restaurant for success, all while sharing laughs and conversation with teammates and customers alike.

“Scott is such an incredible person to have around,” shares Angie, his manager at MOD Pizza. “His energy is something everyone feels, coworkers and customers alike.”

It’s not just his hard work that makes Scott stand out; it’s the way he makes people feel.

He’s built genuine relationships with his regular customers and takes pride in asking how their day is going. That sense of connection and kindness has always been a part of who Scott is, and it just needed the right place to grow.

Before finding his home at MOD, Scott was already well-known at Aspire for his positivity, sense of humor, and passion for trying new things. At Aspire’s Possibility Academy in Waukegan, he spent his days learning new skills, exploring the community, and building confidence through experiences that matched his interests.

Those opportunities, paired with the ongoing support of Aspire team members, helped Scott build the independence and social skills that continue to serve him so well today.
